I want to support this business, but seems like they do not want to service you at all. No one answers the phone. They have not picked up my trash since early April, and continue to send invoices. Trucks don't work, so trash doesn't get picked up, and you get the feeling they have all ghosted you and you're supposed to take the message. It's a shame as this was not the way it used to be. Same as the rest. We canceled the service when we moved to the NNK, they bill us still and have yet to pick up the cans. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Better off taking your own trash to the dump. Don’t waste your time or energy on this company.
