I did my first saltwater float in the float tank at Dogfish moon this evening and it was divine. Having almost an hour of uninterrupted time to just relax and float in the saltwater felt so nice. I was amazed at how much different my body felt towards the end of the float vs when I initially got in, more aligned. Then once I was out, I showered & got in the infrared sauna to top it off with a good sweat. The float followed by sauna was such a sweet way to drop into some self care time.
