I normally don't write reviews, However I called as a new client to made an appointment for my baby (dog).They were Very Rude and when I commend to my husband about it they hung up in my face . You only get one time to make a first impression. And my first impression via phone was to let EVERYONE no NOT to call or go here. Very bad customer service. They must have been having a Very bad day. 5 thumb down !!!!!!!!! 0 stars
I can’t even schedule an appointment here. I’ve called multiple times over a month long time period and never received a call back. I’ve texted and have not received a response. It shows as read, but no one texts back. If you want to schedule an appointment here, good luck.
Don't bother.
I can’t speak to the service. However, the staff were not there when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and did not respond to my calls or texts.
Our dogs always look great after a visit to Dogfeathers.
