Use then all the time. Easy to make appointment. Friendly lady. Inexpensive. Couldnt care less is if she knows my dogs name-although, she ALWAYS asks my dogs name, which is nice. I just want the dog to come out well groomed and thats what happens.
This placed smelled like it had NEVER been cleaned and it looked that way as well. When I took my dog in they didnt even care to ask what her name was...
This place wasnt as bad as the previous reviewer has claimed. I was skeptical after reading the review, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try. The place had a smell of pets, but come on what do you expect when entering a place that is catering to animals? The only complaint I have is that they didnt ask for my pets name, and I feel that is something that they should want to know. However, all in all I like this place enough I would use them again.
