This was a hard one. The guide/owner was super nice and I truly believe he loves his dogs. Most of them are rescues from unwanted homes and shelters. The dogs do seem to love pulling the sleigh. They were so excited. The ride through the woods was amazing. It was beautiful and a lot of fun. However, with all that being said it was very hard to see over 100 dogs tied up to small dog houses with chains. Some were really skinny and pretty dirty. A few of them were shivering. Such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. The guides and owner are great people who care a great deal for these pups! It was so cool seeing those pups so happy at work.
