These two "groomers" ruined my puppy's chances of EVER receiving a nail trimming from any other professional. Three times we visited them. Each time I would hear my puppy literally scream in fear. They did not take any time, whatsoever to calm him and reassure him. They just attacked his nails to get the job done. Now, I cannot find anyone who will do his nails because he is so traumatized! Renee and Chelsa are wonderful, gentle, caring groomers. I have personally used them for a dozen years. I would absolutely recommend.
