Dog Park at Love's Travel Stops

At first glance, As a dog park, it is adequate. A small rectangular pen, but it does have 2 gates for added security, that actually fully lock (not all do). That being said, the pen was dirty with feces (possibly because of no courtesy poop bags), and there were huge ant hills all around the pen, with some inside. It's possible they had already been treated with ant killer (I didn't exactly get a magnifying glass to check) but it was concerning. We stopped at this Love's at around 3:30am today to get food and use the restroom. One of the workers informed us that there was no running water and management was expecting them to stay open and serve food. This is unacceptable. I have enjoyed stopping at other Love's locations but this experience was terrible. Who forces their employees to sell/serve food and there's no running water?!
