Not much butt a spot
Probably best for small dogs. It IS clean and it's also very soggy and close to truck traffic (fence a little confusing, no Sally port). Goid effort
I'd say it's about 75" x 100" chain-link fenced (4' high) area with good grass, a doggie pickup station, and one picnic table. Turn in where the truck entrance sign is.
