My SIL recently had a horrible unprofessional experience with the receptionist Chris. My SIL is fostering 3 kittens and took them in to get shots. There was some confusion when the secretary couldn't find the appointment in the system. Chris then started accusing me SIL of being a liar and trying to get free services for the kitten. She threatened to bill her a large amount when she finds out that she is lying. Very rude they discriminated, humiliated me for no reason besides me being a foster parent to some kittens … calling me a liar even after being verified no apologies or I’m sorry for the miscommunication the lady couldn’t even look at me .. Unprofessional behavior
Martha has taken care of my furry family for years. She is always kind and caring. She has helped me through 5 crossings over the rainbow bridge, always with respect and love. Would highly recommend!
