I have always enjoyed purchasing supplies for my Jack Russel Terriers at Dog Lovers. They were especially sensitive when I lost my last JRT, Laci. We had Dudley, a male JRT join our family shortly after Laci passed. The staff at Dog Lovers helped us find a suitable puppy chow and all the new things like a leash, collar and harness. When it was time for a food that was suitable for a dog over a year old, the staff helped me select a new, natural food for him. These people suck very disrespectful. I heard them respond to an old man in such a disgusting manner. I felt so bad for him. He asked a simple question and so did i. There response is very unprofessional. Instead of saying oh no sir that wouldn't be good for your dog. Debbie's reply not sincere at all she's just disgusting. Including the other staff they are just rude it's ridiculous. They have to understand that they're just employees at dog lovers and not professionals. This is the greatest place! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care about helping pets. This is where we do all our pet shopping. Plus, they are, amazing friends of E.A.R.S. Rescue.
