I brought my dog here twice. I really wanted to support them since they offered boarding, and doggy daycare, on top of the grooming services. I thought it would be convenient to have an all in one place for my dog needs. The first time I came to pick him up, I was disappointed with the hair cut and asked if they could trim him shorter. I had been thorough about the haircut I wanted before I left him. They were nice about it and trimmed him more. The second time I brought him, the haircut was butchered. My puppy seemed to enjoy herself. She just wanted to get out of there when I saw her .
I dropped my dogs off for 5 days, and asked for grooming at the end of their stay - I called several times to check in and the staff was so sweet and kind, the dogs were so happy when picked up and the grooming was perfect! I will be back!
Return customers for boarding and dog baths/trims. Call for appt or tour.
