This place is amazing!! I have used then weekly for over five months and never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone. To Allen, if your dog was hurt it was because of your dog struggling, not the dog house. any grooming place has to connect them to a leash so they don t move around or jump off the table. Go watch then at petco while they groom then there and I bet your dog will do the same thing. These purple are amazing and care for the dogs.
Please do not take your pet here. We took our dogs for a bath and had to to one to the Vet. He was bleeding out his nose and the white of his eyes were blood red. The Vet said either he had been hit, dropped from the table, or choked. I talked to the manager and chokeing may have happened. The owner doesnt think its a big enough issue to call me back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE ABUSERS!!!
People can say what they want. I have been using the Dog house for years and have nothing but good to say about them. In fact my dog loves going there, it gets excited when we get close to the place and practically jumps from my arms to thiers. So, sorry i don t believe all these bad coments.
Terrible! They maliciously injured my dog and now he has to be put down. I am beyond distraught. They will be hearing from my lawyer.
please do not take your pet to the place they cut a half inch deep gash in my malteases stomach and then they didnt show any remorse and they keep them for 6 hours and then they started being hateful to me i was in such schock i wanted to smack her mouth thank goodness my father was there it could have been bad for them!!!!!!!
My dog is on the weekly bath program, and knows exactly what day he goes on. He has never looked so good, and he looks that way all the time. Sheila is an AKC dog show judge, so she knows what all the dogs should look like, and she makes them look like that. The Dog House is the best thing that has happened to my dog, except me of course.......
