I have been going to the Dog House for a couple years now and have been using the same groomer every time I go, she is wonderful. They told me that its under new management and you can tell. The people up front are a lot nicer and more courteous. They also redid the front room when you first walk in...really bright now and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else, my Bichon just loves it there!

Same experience as below - dogs seemed frightened when I picked them up after grooming. The next day they wouldnt let me brush them (I brush them daily). Staff didnt tell me a new person cut them (the previous groomer quit). New person cut half of muzzle off. The excuse I was given: "It is pretty dark where her grooming table is." Can you believe it? I was uneasy on my first visit - smelled bad, loud barking. I shouldnt have ignored my instincts. Cheap pricing isnt everything.

I had the same experience as Joe a couple of years ago, each time I took my cocker spanle in they close cropped her hair the other dogs were always very agitated, I recommend Sirus Spa, dogs are happy, mine gets excited about going, customers are happy and most of all the employees are pleasant and kind to both the dogs and customers, and they do an excellent job. in over two years I have never seen an unhappy dog, dont know how they do it but it is really pleasant.

I love the Doghouse! My dog loves to go there and is very excited when we pull up in front of the building! I use them for daycare services and he is always happy and very tired when I pick him up. He loves to play with the other dogs and they are good about pairing and grouping dogs that play well together. They also do very well trimming his toenails.

I did not have the same experience as the above people. I had a large great pry. that I took there. When I picked him up, he acted like he had been beat. He was scared. He did not act the same and his grooming was horrible. It looked like my 4 year took the scissors to him. He was embarassed by how he looked. He walked around with his tail tucked until his coat grew out. The cut was not what I requested. I always left his coat long because he stayed indoors. I would not take any animal that I loved to this place.

I have been taking my dog here for over 3 years for baths and I love them! They are always so nice a friendly. My dog likes them too...and he does not like to many people!
