Love the freedom and peace of mind that Dog Guard fences provides! We are still able to have the view of our back yard that a traditional fence wouldn’t have given us while also allowing our dog to roam freely. Quick, friendly and great service!
This company has very bad customer service and after they collect their installation they will not support there product I had to call the corporate office for someone to call me back. The system was over. $2000 the initial experience was great now fast-forward to March 1 my dog is able to get to the fence, I replaced the batteries and still nothing so I called them for Warranty repair. No one ever responds to voice mail,1 time someone picked up and hung up and never called back. I have texted and called about 8 times still ... read more
My 100LB plus Cane Corso knows his boundaries and now I don't have to replace my fence again. I thru his favorite toy pass the line he did not think about passing it at all! The customer service is great and I thought that the system was a little expensive until I saw what went into it (its worth the cost)
Dog Guard was very professional and we have the peace of mind that our dog is contained to our yard !!
We have been extremely pleased with Dog Guard. Family owned, good people who went over all the equipment and trained the dog where the boundaries are. Our very high energy Jack Russell tested the line several times and that’s all it took for him to learn his boundaries. He now has 1 acre to roam. Also, it was our experience Dog Guard was less in price than their major competitors
