I recommend anyone with dogs that venture outside to spend the money on dog guard! It really is worth the money. I've been having my system for a few years now - needed the device on the collars to be replaced - my dogs have definitely worn them out. Discovered today there is a warranty! Emailed them and they called me back the same day and I also have my new devices and new collars - all handled within a few hours. So professional and kind. Again - it's worth the cost for your fur babies!

This company has very bad customer service and after they collect their installation they will not support there product I had to call the corporate office for someone to call me back. The system was over. $2000 the initial experience was great now fast-forward to March 1 my dog is able to get to the fence, I replaced the batteries and still nothing so I called them for Warranty repair. No one ever responds to voice mail,1 time someone picked up and hung up and never called back. I have texted and called about 8 times still ... read more
