Richard was on-time and was fast with the installation but was patient with our high energy dog. His walk around the yard with Louie work well and Louie learned quickly. Unfortunately did not work for us, after over a 2000 dollar investment and so much hope it would be the perfect solution for our two dogs it cannot contain our large malamute. Disappointed to say the least, they act shocked that it didn’t work but I know I’m not the only one experiencing this. If you have a large dog I’d check with invisible fence.
I enjoyed working with Cindy & Richard of Dog Guard. After reviewing several local companies, I liked what I read about their efforts and service. My experience was very smooth. Cindy was always accessible and returned inquires quickly. Richard made a few trips to my property so we could discuss the best set up. He was always prompt and the install was quick.
