I enjoyed working with Cindy & Richard of Dog Guard. After reviewing several local companies, I liked what I read about their efforts and service. My experience was very smooth. Cindy was always accessible and returned inquires quickly. Richard made a few trips to my property so we could discuss the best set up. He was always prompt and the install was quick.
The guy that came out did not have the desire or the proper equipment to find the break in our line. He was only interested in collecting the service fee - not fixing the problem. I would recommend using Invisible Fence in Newark. They are more knowledgeable and have the tools to find and fix the problem.
They did a great job installing our new dog fence! Showed up on time and completed the work correctly quickly.
Cindy was great, same day Service.....Update...I have 3 dogs with this fencing at the present time...They Love it, I Love it......Cindy and Richard are the Best ! Literally the best experience we could've hoped for! The kind lady who runs the business spoke with my husband and answered all his questions, went above and beyond to help us before our appointment to install our fence. The very kind gentleman who owns the company was SO kind! He offered great ideas & options. His install was fast and professional. He took the time to help show us how to train our large dog.
