We experienced a family emergency and had to go out of town unexpectedly. Dog Daze staff were amazing in accommodating our urgent needs. They made the process easy for us during a distressful time, and we felt comfortable boarding our dogs. They took very good care of our dogs, and we were pleased with everything. It was extremely comforting for us to know our dogs were well taken care while we dealt with our family crisis. I would highly recommend Dog Daze and will definitely be using the again in the future!
Would not recommend. In brief (to skip the review below) if you want to avoid a boarding facility with terrible customer service, who charges almost triple without advising you prior and continues to argue with you, save yourself the energy and frustration that Dog Daze caused me and check out other reputable facilities in the area.
