I called to schedule an appointment to have my dog groomed and was told that they could not take her that day but could take her the following day. I replied that I was going out of town but if they could schedule her at 8:00 am and have her done by 10:30 I could make that work. They assured me they would have her done by then so I took the appointment. I arrived with my dog just before 8:00 as scheduled.
