I purchased 2 expensive recliners + warranties for both.After about 3 years, in warranty, one of the chairs develops a problem reclining. The warranty co. tells me it will take 8 to 12 weeks to get the part. It took 3 weeks to come analyze the problem. 3 to 4 months to repair a chair ? Unacceptable!

Great customer service and beautiful furniture and fabrics.
I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Doerr furniture has the best quality furniture hands down. When you buy from Doerr, you know it will last and will be passing it on to your kids. I still have my bedroom set that I bought 29 years ago, and it still looks and functions like new. My sales representative, Theresa Purcell, is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Very reputable business. Janel was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and friendly. Great showroom. Top notch furniture.
Theresa was delightful, full of knowledge about the furniture and wonderful places to eat in the city.
Terrible experience with everyone except the Sales agent, Judy, who was very professional and the delivery people who were very kind and professional too.
