I purchased a SOFA SLEEPER from Doerr and my sales agent, Ms. Judy, she was amazing, kind and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for us. If I was rating her, DOERR would get a star rating. We ordered custom fabric for it and it is just simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the sofa was wobbly and the fabric had not been tucked in by the legs, it looked frayed and unfinished.
