The owner is an excellent guy! Responded to a call past hours to fix our furnace! He was well experienced and knowledgeable. Someone who’s truthful and a business you can trust. We will be using them for all of our heating needs in the future.
My daughter contracted Doerr Day in April of this year ( 2025) They had just purchased a home and the geothermal heating system needed replacing. I would give zero stars if I could due to poor communication( more like non existent) and very poor professionalism. Multiple times dates would be arranged to work on the furnace. Multiple times they didn't show..and never called to say they wouldnt be there. When we called the office the owner would get defensive and offer excuses like oh we forgot..or something else came up.
