10/10 Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. I broke down in Hays on the way to Denver and they were able to quickly diagnose my issues. Not a quick fix but they dropped me at a rental place near by to continue to travels and can’t say enough how pleasant of an experience it was although we met because of mechanical issues. When it comes time to buy my next bike there top of my list just because of the experience today!
Saturday I got a nail in my rear tire. I contacted good times in Hayes Kansas. They had the Michelin tire I needed great And fast service. Great staff had that personal hospitality feeling. I highly recommend this shop if you’re in the area.
Bj and his wife have gone above and beyond on customer service. The quality and timely service has surpassed HD dealers I've been to . Went in for oil and battery last Friday.
