Customer service was not that great, i asked if i could get a header bolt fixed on my bike and they told me they were 3 weeks out which was fine but i asked if i could leave the bike with them and they said no they don’t have any room. I’m an OTR truck driver and im never home so dropping the bike off on their schedule wasn’t going to work for me, took it next door to the other bike shop and he had me fixed and out the door in 5 minutes and only charged me $16. Highly recommend the guys next door to this place.
Bj and Dena are awesomely amazing people and take pride in what they do. They make sure your completely satisfied with everything you get and become family. And I’m completely satisfied with my dyna lowrider.
Great sales and great service. Came and picked up my bike for me and I didn't even ask for a tow. New tire and saddlebags look great.
