First, just being available to diagnose immediately upon opening ai 8am on a Monday morning, then his knowledge about motors, make him a go-to location for motorbike needs for sure. After his process of elimination, he determined I had bad bearings on the rear wheel (2025 Heritage) and he keeps bearings on hand! All done and on the road in a couple hours. Unbelievable great service.
