I had a problem with my 2004 twin cam and stopped in on a Sunday. The manager called in a mechanic on his day off! He diagnosed the problem as non-critical but didn't have the part to fix it. I was assured that I could continue my trip out west, and I did so without a problem. Truly nice, genuine people in America's fly-over country, America's heartland.
Great place to get your motorcycle fixed or serviced! Very reasonable pricing, and trustworthy work. I was on a long road trip from Florida to California when my stater went out and the bike wasn't charging. I went to Doerflers at 8am. Kyle got me right in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the stater and got the oil changed. I was back on the road by 1pm the same day! Also, Kyle is an all around great guy. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!
