I had a problem with my 2004 twin cam and stopped in on a Sunday. The manager called in a mechanic on his day off! He diagnosed the problem as non-critical but didn't have the part to fix it. I was assured that I could continue my trip out west, and I did so without a problem. Truly nice, genuine people in America's fly-over country, America's heartland.
