Doeren Mayhew provided great service and a great price to set me up with renter's insurance in just a few days! Laura and her team were very responsive.
Horrible agency, everyone has an attitude problem. They wasted 2 weeks of my time cuz they don't know how to do their job. Horrible company I do not recommend. I'm skeptical about the other reviews to be quite honest. I can prove through text email etc they are not a good agency. Unfortunately the worst I'd ever tried to work with by far.
I had to call to speak to my agent Steven, who has always been extremely helpful. Unfortunately he was gone for the day. Lisa could feel my urgency thru the phone and asked me how she could help. WOWWWW, did she go above and beyond. She reached out to Citizens on my behalf, while she kept me on hold, to get my question answered in the moment in regards to a rental car on my policy.
