Horrible agency, everyone has an attitude problem. They wasted 2 weeks of my time cuz they don't know how to do their job. Horrible company I do not recommend. I'm skeptical about the other reviews to be quite honest. I can prove through text email etc they are not a good agency. Unfortunately the worst I'd ever tried to work with by far.
I had to call to speak to my agent Steven, who has always been extremely helpful. Unfortunately he was gone for the day. Lisa could feel my urgency thru the phone and asked me how she could help. WOWWWW, did she go above and beyond. She reached out to Citizens on my behalf, while she kept me on hold, to get my question answered in the moment in regards to a rental car on my policy. Been with Doeren Mayhew for a couple years now and can't express how happy I have been. Matt Kunz and John Frye are 2 of best insurance guys around. They have been super friendly and personable the whole time, always transparent, super willing to help me and always doing what's best for me and my situation. They set me up with the best rates for auto, home, life and commercial. You won't go wrong with them and highly recommend.
I recently worked with Brandon Payne on receiving quotes and trying to find some new car insurance. He did an amazing job and was back to me within the same day of me asking. I will definitely use him for my home insurance next.
