Currently dealing with Dylan for a one bedroom unit in wendouree and whilst I haven't heard anything yet its still been an awesome experience from the moment I submitted my application. I have faith that my application will be approved, and hopefully that I get a response soon. Unfortunately, probably best to go elsewhere, if looking to sell. Poor communication - only got updates when we called them & didn't always return calls. Their For Sale board still has the phone number of our original agent, who left two years ago (yes, still his personal phone number).
