My parents live across the street from this facility. Several years ago the backfill into their basement from their facility spilled so many gallons of sewage into their basement it required professional remediation costing over $10k. Increased their rates 62.5% and did it from one month to the next. Went from $48 a month to over $76. Every other utility in Indiana is under more strict regulation than that. The customers shouldn't have to pay for management's poor planning and mishandling of business funds through the years. Update 5/23: They've removed all payment methods that don't require a 3 dollar service fee on their already jacked up rates. Continuing to put their customers last and their pockets first.

I’ve been trying to get them to come out and check the water main all week and they keep saying they will call me back and send someone out but then nothing happens so now I have to pay a plumber out of pocket to do their job. We all pay for water that we can’t even consume!!! This place is a joke. I can’t wait to move out of this place so I no longer have to deal with a water company that doesn’t give one sh*t about it customers.
