I recently sent a message using the message form through Dodson's website about issues I'm having with our Dodson technician. I have sent other messages in the past, only to be ignored.
David Payne is always super-efficient and professional in our appointments. He calls the evening before to confirm, calls ahead to offer earlier appointments when he's ahead of schedule, and is always prompt, polite, and to the point when he arrives. I've never had any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend him and he represents his company with excellence!
