Extremely Poor Customer Service I have lived in Charlottesville for 50 years. My father was a well known businessman in Charlottesville and treated his customers with dignity and respect. His motto was "the customer is always right." I recently had the (unfortunate) opportunity to do business with Dodson Glass.
