Very disappointing experience. We ordered custom gift card sleeves and received the wrong size. The items were produced and shipped without our final written approval. After multiple follow-ups, a refund was agreed to — but weeks later, it has still not been processed and emails are no longer being answered. As a small business, this has been extremely frustrating. We would strongly recommend ensuring everything is confirmed in writing before making payment.
