Avoid dodo at any cost, worst service ever. I took dodo internet 8 days ago and it is still not connected. After a few failed attempt to set up my router, called dodo helpline and they confirmed everything is okay from their side. When I called them next day they said someone in their team messed up while filling in my details and instead of apartment 510, the put 610( I have submitted clear paperwork with my address details). Very bad customer service . They withdraw the money without connection service .
Dodo shows no regard for customer loyalty and offers poor customer service. They refuse to extend the same advertised deals to existing customers that they offer to new ones. This speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to retention or long-term relationships. Do better, Dodo — I’ll be moving to another provider.
