Would not recommend. Took over 3 weeks to receive one plate carrier patch, final product was not even correct, and communication was essentially non-existent throughout. Had to order online so no idea if in-person experience would have been better. For starters, the patch that I received has a misspelling on the unit abbreviation that makes it essentially unwearable due to me not being part of the unit it displays.
