Easy to deal with, but be careful of what you buy. Bought 12’ Ram 1500, online info said nothing about LKQ engine swap, owned by a smoker, missing rear seatbelts, poor rust cover up with overspray everywhere, rust came back through within a week. Find a used dealer that knows more about vehicles and have or use an actual mechanic instead of doing it themselves. Update 3 years later, installing flares and rocker cover, cleaning fenders before installing flares and I am finding body filler and lots of bondo. Same with rear bum... read more
My tire blew on the highway, and luckily I was able to get the car into their parking lot. Even though it was only 10 minutes until closing, they didn't hesitate to help me change the tire, air up my spare, and get me back on the road as safely as possible. I'm very grateful for their kindness today!
I’ve been taking my family’s 3 cars here for a few years. Jared and the service team go above and beyond fixing issues and helping to identify what’s worth fixing now, what has to be fixed, and what needs to be fixed eventually. Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Jack in sales. Jack is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've purchased 4 vehicles with him over the last year and he does an excellent job. I've never dealt with a dealership that is so informative and fast. Once a decision is made to purchase a vehicle Jack is on top of his game and makes it quick and easy and out the door I go. This has become my new goto when I need my car fixed. Fast! Fixed right! And cheaper than metro Madison shops. I dropped my car off at noon, went to have lunch, and when I was driving back, my car's brakes were done and my car was ready. Thanks Jarod, Eric, & Brandie!!
