On Sunday July 12, 2020 I stopped by Dodges on West Main to buy a drink. As I was paying I dropped my money and the clerk began to laugh uncontrollably. Apparently she doesn't realize I am handicapped (nerve disorder in my arms). I asked her multiple times what was funny and she laughed even harder I asked to speak to management and a man there said he was he was manager on duty. Keep in mind he is laughing by this time. Good employees at the store in NMB. I know most of them by first name. My only "beef" with them is that their Icee machines have been empty of product for two weeks now. I sent a text to the District Manager and never got a reply. Since the Icee machines are one of the center fronts of the store, I figure it would be a priority.
Are racial and gender discrimination the standard hiring policy at ALL your stores or just at the one on Division in Blytheville, Arkansas. They are a bunch of racist bigots.
This place is not the same all the good worker's are gone they only have rude people working for them. An the one's working are lazy I have been in there numerous times and it was dirty. Bring back the good people you had before
