With some TLC, the location has great potential.
*asterisk on this rating* this is a five if u want specifically to have an entire tiny city playground to yourself and your kid (s) for whatever reason that may be then it’s a 5 because this place is abandoned much of the time. On a weekday or even on a weekend I have had the entire playground for myself and my daughter for long periods of time. Nice little park in the middle of a Brooklyn street (sits between 2 apartment buildings). Families and their small kids seem to visit during the day for a summer cool down ( well that’s what I did with my nephew ☺️). Seen some older teens there as well—might’ve cut school.
