I went in for warranty work and it was amazing! Fresh coffee, friendly help and fast service.
Had oil change and tire rotation appointment, after 3 hours had to ask if it had been completed, was never notified that it had been done so spent way longer waiting around than I needed to. Drove off the lot and one of my tires lug nuts weren’t even hand tightened so had to bring it back. Service department was reluctant to provide any documentation of their error and had to ask a couple times for updated documentation that clearly stated they let a customer drive off the lot with a tire that was about to fall off.
