IF I NEVER BUY ANOTHER DODGE RAM IT WILL BE ENTIRELY BECAUSE OF THIS STORE!!!! 5+hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. OVER 5 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! Completely outrageous and unprofessional.
Between OCT 13th and the last time I picked up my truck OCT 22 I've been in twice for the same Codes popping. The first I was told it needs an OEM throttle body with relearn. Cost was 1300 less than 12 hours later CEL and all the same codes again. Brought it back again this time they said it's the MAP sensor. Cost was 800 with 600 of that being for "labor". Well not even 4 hours after I picked up the truck limp mode with all the lights and the exact same codes AGAIN. Will not return ever and do not recommend to anyone period... read more
