Had my car towed to the dealership on a mid day waited a day and a half an no one called to follow up. I had to call for a status Gary was wonderful he filled in for the advisor was out. They figured out it was an electrical ground wire was corroded and fixed it and no charge. Next morning I went down and mark the Advisor said I owed 100 dollars for diagnosis. I worked with Nate who is the service director and Gary was my service advisor. They do stop what they’re doing to listen to you even when they’re busy. When I explained my previous 3 services and the fact that my truck was still leaking oil, Nate and the foreman looked at the oil pan closely, got me in a rental no problem and I’m confident they’ll get it fixed this time. Work was fine. The service advisor left me in the waiting room 4.5 hours. And did not answer call or texts.
Front end repairs, too many to specify. +2 replacement tires. Cost nearly $8,000.
Absolutely terrible experience. I took my truck in for a specific repair and when I went to pick it up, multiple new issues appeared that were not there before. I was sent a diagnosis, approved the recommended repairs, paid the money, and only then was told there were “more problems.” That is beyond unprofessional.I normally service my truck at Dodge, but after this experience, never again.
