Horrible experience. The advisor, Jason, was rude since day one, and then his communication was horrible. Services were performed without authorization, and $500 in hidden fees were added. The issue on my car was misdiagnosed, and I ended up having to take it to another dealer for a better diagnostic and repair. It's not the first time this has happened. Over a year ago, I was having issues with the gauges in my screen. They replaced the screen, saying it would fix the issue. I paid $1400 for the screen alone, and it wasn't ... read more
