Horrible service, my service advisor never let me know what was going on with my car. I wouldn’t have any details about my car until I called about 4 times. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE
Routine oil change, tire rotation with tire inflation. I Always get excellent service here. Been servicing my car here since I bought it 6 years ago. Usually get the 3 service package.
Unfortunately it seems like Avondale Dodge takes in too many customers to handle them appropriately. This was my 4th visit and I have spent over $15,000 on my repairs and that’s not the complaint, but the lack of communication is. When you bring your vehicle in they get it inspected close to the day they advise, but then once you approve the repairs you’re forgotten about for however long it takes you to inquire about your vehicle “2 weeks plus”.
