Terrible place to live. Tenants harassing others tenants. Report to housing and no help. Maintenance only the minimum to get by. Lack of respect for tenant safety by management. Raised the rent 2 times in a year. Watch out you will be living a nightmare if you move into Reeseville DCHA building. They have favoritism toward some tenants and constantly look the otherway to there violations of the lease and harass others for nothing.
