Doug Fox and the people at Dodge City are absolutely the best! A couple of weeks ago we had car trouble on I-65 shortly before noon on a Saturday. We were fortunate however to pull off at the Hwy 69 South exit and find Dodge City still open. After checking a transmission code, Doug said there wasn't much that could be done until Mon but insisted that we take his own vehicle back to Decatur so we could rent a car and continue on our vacation to Gulf Shores. I have been a customer for years, great folks, friendly staff and great Techs! The waiting room by far is the nicest in Cullman. I pretty much judge a business by the friendliness and cleanliness! Hands down Dodge City Tire is great!
I have been a customer at Dodge City Tire for a few years now. I drive from Cullman to Dodge City because of the great service and friendly folks. I trust them with all of our vehicles, no matter how big the job. The waiting area is the nicest in all of the Cullman area. It feels more like being in someones living room!
You absolutely can't beat the service or price. Great location, easy access, best waiting area in Cullman.
Dodge City has a new Sheriff in Town! Seriously, I have been going from Tire Store to Tire Store, but after having my car serviced at Dodge City Tire & Lube, I will be back for all of my car needs. Doug Fox opened under new management in June of 2010. With over 25 years under his belt, he has a top notch crew and very friendly office help.
