Treats a customer like an idiot who doesn't know her own gun type even after telling him the gun fired the proper rounds for that gun type, but the target rounds didn't. My gun has the type engraved on it. Duh. Pissed me off to be treated like an idiot then told I was arguing with him while he was insisting I had the wrong gun type. Not good customer service.
