They take forever to do an oil change, and when they scan your car, they don’t even bother to close the cover properly. Customer service is terrible. I stopped coming here and switched to Lakeland, where the service has been much better. I only returned because they texted me a “special offer.” I clearly told them my Jeep was not due for an oil change, and they told me it didn’t matter and to come in anyway.
