I’ve had good service with this dealership in the past, and was going to schedule a maintenance appointment for my Promaster van. They weren’t answering the phones so I stopped in as I was driving by and there is a sign on the door saying they are not accepting new or returning customers. I spoke with an advisor and he said they are closing. They are getting rid of inventory and not servicing any repairs at this point. I’ll miss the convenience of having a Dodge dealership service department in Vacaville.
Says open until 8pm online. Arrived at 640pm to look and was instructed at 647pm that they’re closing the gate and didn’t want to lock us in. Business needs to update the hours of the salesman could have told us when he approached us less than 10 minutes prior. Will take business elsewhere.
I purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350 from a very courteous salesman named Leo on January 30th. He kept in touch with me and sent numerous photos and history of the vehicle because I was buying from afar, (I know, sketchy.) But he made me feel comfortable and secure that I was buying a solid rig.
