I purchased this car in cash 2-3 months ago and have yet to revceive the titel. the temporary plates are nearing expiration and nobody at the dealership in the finance department will take my call

I went for an oil change and a tire replacement, but I was charged a lot. There was a promotion on their website offering a deal where you buy three tires and get one for free. When I showed them the promotion on my laptop, they tried to deny it at first; however, they eventually accepted it but increased the labor cost to make up for the discounted tire price. Additionally, the oil change was significantly more expensive than before. I will never go back!
My rating is for the customer service- terrible communication through the service Department. I have had Jeeps for over 20 years and when I come here it is always the same- at least as far back as ai can remember. When ai call, I can never get through in person to a service advisor. I recently left my Jeep here for a recall fix. I tried numerous times to get through to someone. No luck. Figured I just had to wait for their eventual call.
