Tim was a great guy and efficient. Same day turn on a Jeep recall visit. Only complaint is that I asked for a 5 tire rotation, noted on the receipt, and got 4, which was frustrating. They replaced 2 missing bolts in my oil pan for materials, which was cool.
The service here is the worst. Every time I brought my car in, it came back with more issues which are caused by them. People there are NOT professional. Not recommended at all.
You are lucky to have such a special sales rep. I most definitely purchased the care due to his follow up. Liked the car but had gaps and was ready to walk. He closed the gaps with needed support from his team. I am very happy and remain a loyal customer
We had the best experience buying our new Durango from the guys at Sunnyvale CDJR. First impressions are everything, we called thinking they closed at 8 on Sunday but it was actually 7. The manager Rafael was so accommodating and said to head over despite the fact we’d be arriving 15-20 mins past closing. He had asked what car we were coming down there to see and we were pleasantly surprised to see it parked front and center ready to be test driven when we arrived.
