Satisfactory, straightforward. Saw a car I liked on the website, sent in my offer, negotiated, went for a test drive, signed papers. Sales people (Javier, Danny, and the finance manager) stayed overtime to close the deal. Only downside was I went during rush hour so the test drive that goes through local and freeway was more or less the same and inspecting the car was a little rushed. The service was warm and attentive: I don't speak English, so the staff tried to help me using Google Translate! After I handed over the car, they even drove me home! Vehicle maintenance and repairs were quick; they resolved two issues in just one day! Their work efficiency was very high!

The service is expensive, which we all come to expect. But my door was dinged by the service technician. I pointed it out and they had before pics which confirmed the damage was not there when I dropped off my truck. The service department is ducking me, while I try to get a loaner vehicle and have my door repaired. I went in again for an oil change and was charged $502…🤯
