They were so helpful when I asked about getting a replacement vase for my in-laws monument. My father-in-law had bought the monument from them so it was under warranty. No charge. I will not buy a monument anywhere else.
I brought my Mother in Law in to Dodds Memorial today to pick out her Headstone and we were very pleased with customer service given by Wendy Strunk. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient and went over everything. We would highly recommend Dodds Memorials to our friends and family.
