Josh and Taylor were great with helping us create and order a headstone for my mother. However, the problems and dissatisfaction started after the order was placed and the deposit was paid by myself. My brother was paying the remaining balance. He made a few periodic payments and one day we both get an email that was worded very rudely, given the topic of a memorial of a deceased person. It was basically a demand for the balance of about $1500 and saying they had made numerous attempts to contact us when they had never made ... read more
