I called to make an appointment for a colonoscopy and the unprofessional and condescending tone of the administrative person was truly astounding. I don't say this lightly, but it was bad enough that I have no interest in further contact with this office/provider.
I had a great experience with the treatment I received from Dr Dodd and his staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional!
Dr. Dodd didn’t take my symptoms seriously and missed a very serious illness. I went for a 2nd opinion and found out there was something much more serious going on. Be careful with this provider.
Terrible experience during a routine colonoscopy. I will never use this practice again!
First, the outside of the office (at the time of my visit there) looks dilapidated, very poorly maintained. While that may seem unrelated to the medical care provided, it is an accurate precursor to what came next. Second, the staff is disorganized and messes up appt times. Most importantly, Dr. Dodd is dismissive and does not listen to what patients are telling him. With all of that arrogance, you would think he would care that the bldg looks like a run down crack den on the outside. Stay away.
