A perfectionist, alot of detail, you will see he leaves nothing out , you get alot for your money that other builders do not do or would charge extra for.
Greg Dodd is one of the best home builders in Brown Summit, NC and the surrounding area. He built our home in 2002 and it is actually still standing! LOL! Seriously, he is an amazing construction guru! He will show you other homes that you may like and then let you make any changes you wish to make to the plans. He is easy going, yet he sees to it that his men do a great job in a timely manner! Hats off to you Mr. Dodd! You are amazing!
