Quick and Great Service – Highly recc. using these guys for any of your office equipment purcahses and service calls. I've saved countless dollars and hours with thier technicians help. I can hardly imagine a negative review of these folks.

Excellent Service Provider – Mr Lee was a billable customer from a company called Oradell International that called us to repair a Lexmark C782N. The customer didn't want to pay for the parts needed to resolve the printer issues because of the cost of the parts.We tried to do the right thing for this customer and he is way out of context with his comments.He also no longer works for the company anymore. And our technician was also there first thing in the morning.

Total Junk Service Provider – One of our company's graphic printer was broken and I contacted docutrend since they were the 'authorized' lexmark printer dealer. They said the technician will be here next day morning but never showed up. I called them twice and they finally answered and technician will be there next week. I waited till next week and the technician came but he was struggling to fix the machine for 5 hours!! He said the machine needs to be examed by his manager so he took it to his main office.
