Amazing service! Have done business with them in the past and when it was time to upgrade our machine, they were out only call and had great service as expected. Always responsive and easy to work with! When we need to upgrade again in the future Docusystems will be my first and only call! Love doing business with a local company.

We leased a printer from Docusystems about 5 years ago and are finally done paying on it and trying to return it. This is what I learned over the 5 years. The salesman over sells you a printer you don't need. The printer breaks down basically on a weekly basis. They force you into a 5 year lease. Their buyout option at the end of paying $20,000 over five years is horrible and when it is time to send the printer back. There is no communication what so ever from the company. I have been working with Docusystems for 9 years now, 3 years owning my own company, and they are amazing. We had a fire in our building and were forced to relocate temporarily. Within hours, we had a printer/copier/scanner delivered and set up so that we could continue working without missing a beat. They are always there when we need them and I could not run my business successfully without their help!!! Thank you so much to Ron Milz and the rest of the crew!!!
