I emailed DocuSense with a question about an older large-format I inherited at my copy center, and I was hesitant to sink any money into a situation in which I didn't know what I didn't know about the machine. From the first call-back shortly thereafter and throughout the process until a tech stopped by to do a pre-assessment, the staff I talked with were quick-minded and suggestive, responsive to my concerns throughout, and professionally competent with the equipment. I just wanted to say how much we appreciate Ben's help when we need it. I called in a little while back and wanted to ask him his opinion on a problem we were having with a printer that was jamming. The parts would have been expensive and I had no idea which ones we would have tried since it could have been either of two. Ben suggested that we first make sure that the firmware was up to date since HP does make changes to firmware to fix some issues. The DocuSense technician just left. He came and repaired our printer today; he had the part in his van. Another service service company left our printer needing a part yesterday. I'm glad I found DocuSense!
