Our Company have been using Docuproducts services for many years. We recently had to call in for service: It starts with customer service that took the call. Very courteous and asked the right questions to get the right Tech for our call. Our tech Jesse who came with in an hour. He figured out our issue and we were back in business. Thank you everyone from Docuproducts.

This is not a trustworthy company. They get you stuck into long-term contracts and continue to bill you for services not rendered. Not ethical. Don't do business with this company. The screenshot should say it all on how they conduct their business.

Our company was long overdue for an upgrade in our printer system. Thankfully Kyle walked through the door with our printer needs. He wasn’t pushy and very respectful and professional. The process was simple and easy; they analyzed our company needs, provided options, and communicative with installation. Install was also very pleasant. They showed up when expected, set everyone up and provided a quick training. All-in-all, I would recommend Kyle as your point of contact with DocuProducts.
