Our company was long overdue for an upgrade in our printer system. Thankfully Kyle walked through the door with our printer needs. He wasn’t pushy and very respectful and professional. The process was simple and easy; they analyzed our company needs, provided options, and communicative with installation. Install was also very pleasant. They showed up when expected, set everyone up and provided a quick training. All-in-all, I would recommend Kyle as your point of contact with DocuProducts.

Super excited!!! Me second machine has arrived today. It’s faster and it has more features. The installation process was amazing. I’ve been with DocuProducts for 6 years now. They’ve always provided me with executional service. I had a service contract and they were always on time and I was never out of toner. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Called for a quote on a Canon unit due to the color printing needs of the new company I am with. Not only was the sales person I spoke to rude but she made it seem as if her time was not worth it. Don't waste your time here, they only care about their big clients and will leave you on the back burner.
