Your IT Support Admin, Michael Holman is an absolute blessing. He was the first contact I was given by the company I work for and I’ve yet to request for anyone else when opening a ticket. He puts up with me (and our office) requesting for even the simplest troubleshooting. I’m definitely not the most patient person but Michael has made even the worst IT issue days enjoyable and never keeps us waiting. Our entire office is very lucky to have him.
Earlier this year, I switched from another IT company to Document Technologies. WHAT A BLESSING! We went from being ignored and assistance taking days.
