I normally do not write reviews for other companies as customer service in modern era is severely lacking. However, Document Technologies does not fall into this category. We previously used Cox as our local VOIP provider solely due to "Brand" name recognition. However, their service was far from professional. We had a copier delivered. Adrian and Tony the technicians took the old one and moved in new one. They also spent quality time to make sure that we were up and running on all computers. They were super friendly and very helpful! It made the transition smooth.

This team is amazing! Incredibly fast response time, vast knowledge of many industries, and experienced staff that are always kind and accommodating. They have been such a wonderful support system to our company. We wish we had started using them sooner. Highly recommended!
